To access your account, you’ll need to know your ID and password. These were provided to you by
e-mail from USANA when you were enrolled. If you can’t remember what they are, you can contact the Associate who enrolled you or call the USANA Preferred Customer line at: 866-872-6272.
To access your account
1. Go to www.usana.com
2. Click on PC Login at the top center of the page
3. In the top box on the right, enter your Preferred Customer ID (it will end with PC)
4. In the second box, enter your password
5. You will be redirected to your account homepage. If this is the first time you’ve logged in,
you may be prompted to change your password. Create a new one to enter.
To change your Autoship
1. Click on the AUTOSHIP icon to the right of the USANA Today logo. It is the second icon directly under the Contact USANA tab at the top of the page.
2. You will be redirected to the autoship area where you will see a summary first
3. Click on CHANGE to enter and make your changes. You can change the products you receive
and the delivery schedule.
4. Be sure to click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page before leaving this area
5. You’ll see the summary again after saving your changes so you can verify them
To place a one time product order
1. Click on the SHOP icon to the right of the USANA Today logo. It is the first icon directly under
the Contact USANA tab at the top of the page.
2. You will be redirected to the shopping area where you can browse through all of the products
3. Add what you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and then check out to purchase
Other Resources Available to You on Your Homepage
From the links in the brown area to the left of the page you can also access the following information:
1. Click on the Forms tab to look at the current price lists
2. Click on Returns Tracking or Order Tracking to see the status of your order
3. Click on Ask the Scientists to access the information database USANA maintains
4. You can click on Manage Account at the top right of the page to make changes to your account
information.
